Thanks for asking for my opinion. Well, these seem like very reasonable rules to me. I can't see where anyone would have a problem, unless one is the sort of person with a *terminal problem* to begin with!

Very nice, but:
a) Why can't I kick the dog?
b) I think the rule that all usernames must either be upside down or begin with a double-l is unreasonable.

I think it may be better to say:

Racist comments or "hate speech" will not be tolerated here. This includes the use of terms generally thought to be derogatory towards any social group.

Rule Testing
There is no need to "test" the rules to see how far you can go. Just use common sense and don't do what you're not supposed to do. Anyone who finds it necessary to continually test the limits of what they can get away with will be dealt with more harshly than someone who makes a flagrant violation just one time.
