Sounds like a character set encoding issue.

FWIW, I can tell ya from personal experience that Firefox works just fine under Linux. I like it a lot better than any of the default browsers, and it offers the advantage of not having to become accustomed to something new.

I switched to FireFox a while back. I got tired of getting scolded every time I visited your website...
