Slow Board

But, the board is sometimes super slow for me - put in the URL, and nothing happens for twenty seconds, thirty seconds, a minute or more, or maybe ever.
Then a while later, it is just fine.
The slowness occurs at a time when I seem to have no problem accessing other http sites.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
