We can still finish this game well before Xmas, and thus overcome the problem of Dark Matter forcing accelerating expansion of the universe to the point where we lose sight of everything and each other.

Well, you are already playing it fast. No need for anyone else's speed posting in order to finish before Christmas.

I know, a fast game is a good game. But I'll miss the languid afternoons when we banded together to click down a few hundred and wondered where we'd be in the 2030's, when we might finish it. I'm not keen on breaking speed records, so I think I'll just watch you slam past every day and give you a hand of applause (which you won't hear, because you are long out of range, but still).

I get it. Nostalgia for a slower yesteryear when the universe wasn't expanding as fast as it is now.

However, I now have persevered so hard that I simply must get to the end quickly and end my obsession to find out what happens when i push the Major Domo or Autopost button when the counter is down to 0. Will the counter go backwards? Or will it go negative? Will it stop counting altogether? I absolutely must find out. Quickly

I could add another place and make it 10,000,000.

Okay - but wait till we get to 0, then make it go to -10,000,000

That's fair.

For what it's worth, I think it will just keep going into negative numbers.

So, the hunt is on to kill the beast before this decade is out. Or shall we stroll dowm the last 1,000 or so steps on foot, instead of slamming past pedal to the metal?

I'm just along for the ride.
