"Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez Tuesday pleaded guilty to drunken driving in Hawaii and elected to go to jail instead of perform community service.
Rodriguez, who plays Ana Lucia on the hit ABC series, was arrested in Kailua, Hawaii, along with co-star Cynthia Watros in December as they traveled home from a party in separate cars.
Rodriguez entered her guilty plea and was given the choice of five days jail or 240 hours of community service, KITV-TV, Honolulu, reported. Because she was jailed for a day upon her arrest, Rodriguez will only spend four days in lockup. She started her sentence Tuesday afternoon.
Rodriguez has been ticketed for speeding three times in Hawaii, including an October arrest for allegedly driving 90 mph in a 35 mph without auto insurance. She also had a DUI conviction and hit-and-run arrest in Los Angeles, KITV said.
Watros, who had no criminal record, pleaded guilty in January and was sentenced to attend substance abuse counseling and fined about $500.

Umm, she was going to get killed off in a few weeks anyways for not getting along with the castmates, so there is no big deal really.

So is beer, drugs, and excessive sex, but I just described 95% of the human population....TV is bad, but so what, at least it won't get you killed most of the time.
