A new twist on an old favorite. 8)

On channel G4 TV. Website

It's kinda cool. they show an episode and around the screen are different things.

Across the top is a scroller with trivia facts and info.

On the left they keep track of silly things such as; Bridge Shakes, Enterprise Doomed, Dramatic music stabs, Dramatic Kirk Pauses, etc.

On the right is the "Spock Market" where you can go on-line and trade Star Trek characters like on the stock market.

At the bottom in live conversation from the website.

Anybody else ever watch this??

It's a gaming and partly sci-fi channel. http://www.g4tv.com/

It's also been merged with Tech TV, which is entirely based on gaming and technology (and anime).

Tech TV hosts the videogame review show "X-Play" -- which kicks ass. Very funny show, and lets you know about upcoming videogame titles.

Isn't there a show on that channel that features lan battles with several teams working through a tourney ladder? They had Wil Wheaton and some other guy as commentators and would show highlights from the games.

The only show I have watched on there is Trek 2.0.

Ooooo...... LAN games :D

Haven't played any recently but used to play the kids all the time.

Back when coax was the only option for a home network I set up a 3 node network and we would play Doom, Duke Nukem, WarCraft and X-Wing Fighter for hours and hours. Great fun! 8)

Our favorite was Duke. I ended up having to tweak the game so the RPG was weaker than the pistol because my oldest would camp out and could shoot very accurately. One shot and "SPLAT" you're fragged.
