Yeah, it's not a good flick by any means, but something that will be fun on video. Just the dragons munching on stuff, that is. Arrow In The Head had pretty much the same reaction to it.

Rotten Tomatoes is a great site, as is JoBlow aka Arrow in the Head (tho he's a bit of a fan boy for anything gory). King of 'em all, but sadly now barely attended to was Stomp Tokyo.

Bad movies are big fun.
