Rock Star: INXS - Suzie McNeil

Great song? Good show? Bad movie? What should be enjoyed and what should be avoided.

Rock Star: INXS - Suzie McNeil

:glp-worship: Suzie McNeil

Did anyone else see Suzie McNeil's performance of Bohemian Rhapsody on Rock Star: INXS this week?

If you're not familiar with the show, [strike]shame on you[/strike] each artist is responsible for the arrangement as well.

I didn't watch it. if INXS feels they need to continue sans Michael Hutchence, that's their decision and welcome to it. however, I find it nearly blasphemous to turn it into a reality show. ye gods, what a horrible tribute to the man.

Wow...

That's certainly an entirely different interpretation of the show than I see.

INXS is a rock band. It's their job to attract attention to themselves and get themselves out there in the public's eye. I see what they are trying to do now as a very good attempt at just that.

Michael Hutchence passed away 8 years ago. As tragic as that was, it was 8 years ago. Rock Star: INXS is about INXS, not Michael Hutchence. Or should they no longer try to make good music?

I have never heard of INXS, Michael Hutchence, or Suzie McNeil. Does that make me hopelessly square? I have heard of Bohemian Rhapsody though.

No. At home with an archaic modem technology, so these things take a while. The dancing badgers took forever...

Network connectivity is much better at work, but I'm not sure how good the sound-proofing is...

Did you like it?

Hard to say, since I didn't watch it :D

*sigh*

Suzie got booted from the show Wednesday night. She made it to the final four but that's it. I have no doubt she is destined for greatness one way or another.
