The Newsroom

Great song? Good show? Bad movie? What should be enjoyed and what should be avoided.

The Newsroom

We wndered into an episode of this the other night. The opening credits were rolling and we agreed that they had lifted the look and sound from The West Wing, then we saw it was by Aaron Sorkin*. Great, we knew then we were to be lectured for an hour, and not in a subtle way. It came to an end what felt like days later after much angst and people talking in CAPITAL LETTERS at one another.

God's Holy trousers it was awful, which simply means it will run indefinitely. I doubt I'll raise the will to watch any more.

* Some episodes of The West Wing were good, a few were great, but far, far nore were awful. Five minutes into the first episode we both said "They won't dare pull the 'wrong pager' hilarity will they . . ." but Sorkin did, and that set the tone.
Get it up ye.

I never watched any of those but I'm now all this wiser thanks Heid.
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.

If you are seeing an apparent paradox, that means you are missing something.
