John Wick

Great song? Good show? Bad movie? What should be enjoyed and what should be avoided.

John Wick

Saw this last night at the cinema, it is neither good nor bad but is very, very shooty indeed. The shootiest film I have seen since "Mr Shooty goes to Shootytown". Our protagonist shoots a lot of people, usually more than once and usually at short range. I am astonished that it was written as a film and isn't from a graphic novel or video game.

It's never shootier than Mr Shooty goes to Shootytown 2: This time it's Shootier, surely?

No, it is more on a par with John Woo's remake of The Shootist, "The Shootistiest".

Just watched the trailer. Shoot, I didn't know they still give roles to Keanu Reeves.

BTW, this was the first item on the YouTube autoplay list for that trailer. Go figure.

I'm still fond of Mr Shooty goes to Shootytown 3-D: The Shootieristist. (The directer's cut, now with more shootier)

Yeah. The first one was exactly what I needed at the time, so I enjoyed it a lot.

Sorta like Jack Reacher.

Oh, and Van Helsing - two hours of constant screaming and explosions.

I'm sorry, that comment just made me very nostalgic for my younger days when I was a man-slut.
