Ugh, I couldn't even make out half the letters. However, given your proposed translation and the picture, I have reverse engineered the quote:
Невесты будет до конца (roughly, Nevestiy budet da kohntsa)
Unless there is some subtlety I'm missing (entirely possible, given the weakness of my Russian), this should be
Невесты будут до конца (second word more like budut)
That's right, it has a grammatical error (again, unless I'm making a mistake). The verb form should be third-person plural (or maybe first-person plural, depending on what it's supposed to say), but it's third-person singular. (One meaning of будет is the future tense of the verb
to be, but it is the "he/she/it" form, whereas будут is the "they" form.)
