Trapped

Great song? Good show? Bad movie? What should be enjoyed and what should be avoided.

Trapped

I commend to the house, the crime/police TV series Trapped. Excellent acting, fantastic locations and photography and an intricate, complicated plot.

If you can't be bothered to read subtitles, then it might help to be able to speak íslenska as most of the dialogue is in that language (there's also a lot of English, and some Danish).

I don't mind subtitles which is just as well as my islenska is a bit rusty. I'll give it a look.

I hate subtitles and my islenska is a bit rusty as well. Boobs may make it worthwhile though.

Just finished watching the last episode. Really can't recommend this show highly enough. It's out-fucking-standing.

Excellent so far (ep.1).
I have to point out though that in the real world the actions of the Danish captain would be career suicide.
After all the bottom-line of his boss depends on the goodwill of the Icelandic government.

It's this Trapped, right?

It mentions that "The Weinstein Company purchased the US distribution rights." so I'll have to watch for it. I wonder if they'll dub it or, more likely, remake it in English with a recognizable cast.

Indeed.

Yup, that's it. The cast are excellent. Remaking it with a recognisable cast would ruin it entirely, especially if they change the location too.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. The little of the description that I read seems to suggest the location plays a major role in the story. I didn't want to read too much so I don't spoil it for myself. I did read enough that I'm looking forward to it though. :D

San Diego? Like where the Jurassic Park 2 dinosaur sailed into port after eating all the crew and then locking herself in the cargo hold?
