Star Trek

Great song? Good show? Bad movie? What should be enjoyed and what should be avoided.

Reminds me, I forgot Discovery. From what everyone said, it seems to be very un-Star Trek-y.

Watched an episode of TNG called “The High Ground”, during which Data mentioned that Ireland was reunified in 2024. Bit of research reveals that because of that the BBC didn’t show that episode at all, and Sky One edited the statement out. It’s a 1990 episode but wasn’t broadcast entire in the UK for 16 years (17 on the BBC).

Well I guess we'll find out soon enough, won't we.

There was an episode of TOS where Irish Reunification of 2024 was mentioned as well, and it wasn't shown on the BBC either. Fair and balanced!

They may well have only been off by a couple of years.

Just watched Friday's episode, No. 5. Some nice touches, and a very unexpected turn at the end. Looking forward to the next instalment.
