A woman comes to our border seeking asylum, they arrest her and send her back, AFTER taking her child. CHildren are being taken from parents and sent to holding facilities.

Hearing stories, A Texas Senator went to one such facility in Texas, wanting to see for himself. He was denied entrance. His fellow Senator had a similar experience at a different facility. One of them did get into the other place, and indeed, children are being held in cages.

In another case, a woman came looking for asylum. Drug lords had invaded her home, killed her husband in front of her, then took her and forced her to work for them. When she got her, Sessions had her arrested claiming she could not have asylum because she had been aiding and abetting the drug lords. Apparently doing that as a slave, fearful for ones life counts as collaborating.

They indeed are soulless fucks. When I first saw the pics of kids in cages, it was captioned something to the effect of 'this isn't really what's happening now'. But yes, yes it is. The new photos include the Senator. They've run out of room for the all the people they're detaining, so people are being shipped all over the goddamn country, to jails, prisons, make shift places.
But as long as we still have money for Trump to go golfing, everything is fine, right?

Detractors would like to point out that the dreamer who was deported and later killed had been busted twice for driving under the influence. And while they are right in pointing out that that is a bad thing, they don't seem to appreciate that we don't sentence even multiple DUI violators to death, either.
