So in another place we were discussing loudspeakers. Someone had wondered if there were ways of making music other than conventional loudspeakers. Various crazy schemes were suggested and some really old things. I suggested he look up plasma speakers, but my favorite was the tesla coils. And it occurred to me y'all might enjoy them too

I love our Martin Logan electrostatics.
No trees were killed in the posting of this message.
However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
