Of course.

There's a large amount of secret Knowledge Giving that goes on every day. A special branch of the Government, intent on making a perfect society, constantly beams rays of "knowledge inducement", giving people knowledge on such topics such as history, politics, international relations, and various other matters!

So it doesn't matter if you're a redneck, a hick, living in the Projects, or even didn't go to college -- you obviously will know exactly what you're voting for!
