Ironic, isn't it! Although given the infection rate that led to measures being rioted against, how long the Netherlands will stay on the VTL list could be a good question.
It also makes no sense. Rotterdam's in the south of the Netherlands; if you want to drink after 8.00 pm, you can go to Antwerp for the evening. And the beer's better! (There is, though, the downside that you need either to be vaccinated or test negative.)

Those wacky happy go lucky Dutch! The bastards better have all this sorted out by next July before I arrive.
