I voted in a federal election today.

Remember that thrill you felt the first time you voted?

I did not feel that thrill. :(

Like out of your house?

Yes, but you will remember the thrill very quickly if you ever get into the situation of not being allowed to cast your free, secret, and equal vote. I am a West Berliner, so I know that feeling at least fom close up.

You'll hate this and I'm sorry, but I already had an offer from Merbef's parents And I'm thinking about staying there except, I'm almost too dependant on my parents and don't really want to throw all my needs onto someone else. I have college visits to attend, band shows, after school activities, and I don't have a job to pay for anything or a car to drive anywhere. I guess maybe this is why I get to be filed as a dependant under tax forms....

Make sure your chain saw is at least as long as the diameter of the tree. The job will be much easier that way...

1 is. Zombie walk
grand rapids, Michigan

Rosa Parks Square

Walk around like, dressed as zombies, for a few hours with over 1000 others.
attempting world record
I get to go...yay :D

2 is
yesterday, in my car with friends, driving along. There was some van with its blinker on with no slowing down or need to turn in sight. We get closer to find that a lady is brushing her teeth.

Do kids today know who Rosa Parks was?

Ah, well. As long as it was an equal opportunity Zombie walk ...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosa_Parks

Rosa Parks was born as Rosa Louise McCauley in Tuskegee, Alabama on February 4, 1913, to James McCauley and Leona Edwards, respectively a carpenter and a teacher, and was of African-American, Cherokee-Creek, and Scots-Irish ancestry. Rosa Parks's great grandfather was a Scottish-Irishman.

Wow. What an American. 8)

Kinda cute, too ...
