I know that place well.

Could be a lot of films, I suppose.

This location here is now a fine dining establishment, as you can see from the photo.

However, it used to be a chemist's, and was mentioned in a Rolling Stones song. And the basement was a record shop (records being primitive devices to record music before CDs and streaming were invented) in this film.

The Chelsea Drug Store that's now a McDonalds?
Do you have any Johnny Zhivago? (there was a Wpg. band going by that name in the early 80's)

Yes, that would be it. Just for the record, do you want to name the film?

The name would be 'A Clockwork Orange'.

Here's one standing in for another place due to certain 'problems'.

No, nor the nudist beach. :)

It is standing in for a US location (with a similar ferry so sylt-romo ferry also featured).

I don't know the answer to the current one.

I'm just wondering what possibly inspired someone to produce this image.

Also, the title of the file reminds me that Alex appeared to be unaware that the plural of "droog" is "droozhya".

My guess is that it was just the white clothing. And the Colonel being a much more well known icon in the US, where I think this meme must have originated.

Also, the title of the file reminds me that Alex appeared to be unaware that the plural of "droog" is "droozhya".

I think in the film he also sometimes called them 'droogies'.

Next clue:

A 'Bond' is in it.

Not a Bond film but an actor who played Bond? Doesn't help much.

I almost took a picture of him (well, of his picture) while passing by a KFC in a shopping mall here in SE Asia yesterday.

I don't even know what to call that sort of tie, but in some photos, he had two strips of fabric hanging down at angles similar to what we see in this photo. In others, there was just a single strip hanging straight down (well it might have been two, one behind the other).

 Not better

It's called a western bow tie.

The location is standing in for Martha's Vineyard. As stated earlier, the fact that they needed a non-US stand in location due to 'problems' is a significant clue.
Made in this century.

And the feller who played "The Ugly" is in it.

This is another European location pretending to be the US. No Bond connection that I can think of.

The lead actor starred in a series of movies about a Viet Nam vet but avoided serving by getting a college deferment.
