Start at the Gate of the Dark Castle. Go down to the Four Crossroads, and hang a right. You'll have to pass through the Forest of Horrible Things, but don't worry; it's just a name. Then when you pass through to that, you take a left at albuquerque. Then, you find the Insane Cultists, and perform the Unspeakable Ceremony.

By the way, this part involves a one-way ticket using a knife and your corpse. But you'll still get to the Abyssal Plane, don't worry. You just can't come back.

Might I suggest some ways to make the game a little more appealing?

Say for instance, after making your last connection, pose a challenge Artist or Group to connect your last Artist or Group to. Then, if we are trying to conform to Ducky's theory, we should be able to make the connection in two or fewer steps. Or, using your example, three or fewer steps.

IE:

You connected Eric Clapton to the Rolling Stones in three steps. Now, let's say that you then gave The Bangles as a challenge group. The next rock-savvy poster then could post the connections, and then state the next group, etc.

Everything old is new again. Maybe it's time for good music to make a comeback.

i hope...but part of the comeback is "rappers" (im using "rappers" as a term for all hip hop musicians, fyi) are remixing old songs as their own.
some are good...as Snoop Dog and the Doors remix of Riders on the Storm (snoop doesn't have many lyrics in it but they upped the beat to make it more hip-hop) but on the other hand some other group that i dont remember has redone crazy train and it is just a mockery of it from where i stand. I just hope "rock" (including punk,alternative and metal) bands will remember their roots and return to them...not necisarily do covers (although they would sound great i think; search for Zakk Wylde doing his covers, sounds great!) but their playing style to be more innovative and not the same old chords, just in different orders. I havnt heard a good solo in forever...then again i dont listen to much new stuff either. But nw that we have touched on this subject...can we return to the game...now using MM_Dandy's idea

2. Person giving the challange may specify how many steps(as to make this interesting)
3. If not specified; look at rule one
4. Connections may include the whole band or any number of members of the band.
5. Try not to search it (although I might end up searching it for my own information to see if your answers are correct, as i do not claim to know everything about rock)
