I'm back, and I'm tired. I got First Class on the way home, too. 8)

I'll post the photos tomorrow. I checked out the new BABB, and I will introduce myself.

Thanks Superluminal for showing us a great time last night. :wink:

I just got home...about thirty minutes ago. AA strikes again!

Flight left DFW around 11:30 PM after multiple delays...got to SAV at 3:00am!

I am burned out...but have good memories (nudge, nudge, wink, wink).

Here's some of the photos of us all hooking up in Texarkana. We went for dinner and drinks. I can honestly say I have never been so tired while traveling before. I look so beautiful in these photos. The first day there, I hadn't slept for over 24 hours. :shock:

I just posted all the cool telescopes on the BABB. I'll post the rest of the Astronomy photos there, as well. I'm saving the fun photos for Illuminaughty. :P

I don't remember what time it was... I believe it was still daylight out. 18:40 is 6:40PM Central Time - 4:40PM your time. :)

That should mean the time stamp at the top of this post {MIGHT}
indicate 10:3x about 1/2 past TEN {maybe}

For My part {ON THIS TOpic} i've "NOT" seen 1 detail about
what was seen/UNSEEN in Ark.?

did you see Mars? On Sat. {(9/10)} I was out late and 1 bright
object on the Eastern Horizon (Rising) about 11PM

I though it was Venus {as it was Bright & Stationary} Not A Plane?
When I looked at my SkyG.exe all I could see WAS MARS ?

really confused.. it was NOT RED & it was Bright {oh my}
anyway any details {Photos} from the party ? or Links 2:

Superluminal will have to answer that question. Superluminal was pointing out Arcturus, Virgo, etc...

He had me looking up at the sky all night long. :P

It was awesome, HUb'! As the night grew near, the stars and planets starting popping up in the sky one by one almost, until the entire sky was filled with beauty.

neocracker and Superluminal saw a 'shooting star', but I didn't. I remember asking if they had made a wish. 8)

I can't remember the time, but as soon as the weather was getting cool enough for the mosquitoes to bite, neocracker and I left.

I was so tired that first night, HUb', that my recollection of things may be distorted. I had been awake for over 24 hours. I was getting to the point where I was feeling faint from exhaustion.

HUb', as someone pointed up into the sky and said, "Do you know what's under Arcturus?" I boldly said, "Mrs Arcturus!" Everyone paused for a moment, and then they started laughing.

Couple of funny things I forgot to mention at the SP.

Tim, the guy with the remote controlled Sherman tank, shot some guy in the groin with the tanks cannon. Candy busted out laughing, and later she couldn't understand why she was the only one who thought it was funny. I told her, we're all southern gentlemen, and were shocked that Tim would do such a thing in front of a lady. :P

Later, Candy and I were watching a car slowly pass the gate to the field and drive away. I told her that when we have scopes set up, we get alot of strange stairs. Of course her last name is Stair. :)

I thought it was funny...but I'm not a southern gentleman. I'm originally from New York.
