I think we'll leave it with an honourable mention. While Brasil fields a rising-star ensemble, we make do with a few good boys who were deemed dispensable by their clubs. And Brasil had Sete a Um and the fact that a similar ragtag band held them to a penalty shootout in the '16 Olympic Final as an additional motivation. If there were a competitive team in Japan, I'd say let's count, but this way I consider it a bunch of friendlies for a few above-average talents to see a bit of the big football world.

The German FA is a fucking arseholee for doing it like this, but this not being a FIFA torunament, there is no obligation for the clubs to delegate the top tier of players, so no count.
