And the Netherlands are one of our "VTL" countries, which means I can go there, riot, and come back here, all without quarantine! (As long as I test negative.)

Ironic, isn't it! Although given the infection rate that led to measures being rioted against, how long the Netherlands will stay on the VTL list could be a good question.

It also makes no sense. Rotterdam's in the south of the Netherlands; if you want to drink after 8.00 pm, you can go to Antwerp for the evening. And the beer's better! (There is, though, the downside that you need either to be vaccinated or test negative.)
